Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Paradies Lagardère Travel Retail. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling products, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide memorable and personalized customer service through needs analysis and product recommendations.
  • Offer customers promotional products and services, and resolve customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, adhering to visual merchandising, housekeeping, and maintenance standards.
  • Efficiently and accurately conduct customer transactions, receiving, cycle counts, product returns, and transfer transactions.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalency required.
  • Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively using the English language.
  • Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
  • Proficiency required in reading, writing, and mathematics.

Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with heavy lifting (40 lbs.), long standing periods, climbing, lifting, bending, nights or weekend work, and holiday shifts.
