Senior Growth Marketing Manager Role
We're seeking an exceptional marketer to join our team. As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you'll collaborate with our cross-functional squad focused on driving customer acquisition and activation for the SMB industry in Canada.
Your Responsibilities:
- SMB Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a tailored growth marketing strategy for the SMB segment, focusing on scalable and cost-effective opportunities.
- End-to-End Funnel Ownership: Own the customer acquisition funnel for our PLG self-serve motion, from awareness to activation, optimizing each stage to improve conversion rates.
- Marketing Collaboration: Integrate closely with our marketing team to ensure cohesive customer journeys and strategize on shared channel strategies.
- Content & SEO Strategy: Collaborate with our content team to develop SEO-driven content and landing pages that resonate with SMBs and drive organic acquisition.
- Referrals and Affiliates: Identify and leverage affiliates and referral marketing opportunities to increase brand exposure and drive SMB acquisition.
- New Channel Testing: Brainstorm, prioritize, and methodically test new and creative channels and tactics.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Track and analyze key growth metrics (traffic, engagement, CVR, activation rates etc.) and use data to continuously optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact.
- Marketing Ops: Work within Hubspot and with Revenue Operations and Data Science teams to setup operational workflows that are key for your success.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing within a B2B environment focused on PLG motions.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong opinion on measuring marketing efforts and experience in experiment and test design.
