Growth-Oriented Product Marketing Manager for Canadian Businesses

At Float Financial Solutions Inc., we're on a mission to simplify finance for Canadian businesses, empowering them to eliminate complexity and unlock new opportunities.

We're seeking a highly motivated Growth-Oriented Product Marketing Manager who can champion our small business strategy at Float. As a key member of our ambitious cross-functional growth team, you'll be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive cross-channel campaigns that drive engagement and activation among our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Float Customer Journey for SMBs: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention, ensuring alignment with core product-led growth (PLG) objectives and metrics.
  • Create Engaging Content and Communications: Craft compelling content and polished communications that resonate with our ideal customer profile (ICP), driving action through every touchpoint.
  • Leverage Data and Automation: Utilize data analytics and marketing automation tools to optimize user experiences and streamline marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to rapidly iterate on user experiences and plan marketing activities in alignment with broader business goals and customer needs.
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Design and execute experiments to determine the effectiveness of lifecycle strategies and inform future marketing initiatives.

We offer a competitive salary of $130,000 per year, flexible work hours, and a dog-friendly office space. You'll also receive a personal Float card with a quarterly stipend to spend on what matters most to you.
