This on-site position involves providing top-notch technical support for IT equipment and software, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional desktop support services for end-user computing, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Maintain and support audio-visual equipment in conference rooms, as well as provide additional audio/video requirements for events, including town-hall meetings, video conferencing, and webcasts.
- Provide printer support and ensure efficient printing operations.
- Install, test, and deploy Windows OS images to LM Canada systems, guaranteeing a smooth and secure experience.
- Ensure all IT practices are aligned with S I Systems' security standards and best practices.
- Maintain accurate inventory of computer hardware and other IT equipment, guaranteeing up-to-date records.
- Communicate professionally with stakeholders, providing clear and concise technical information.
Requirements:
- Proven experience supporting audio/visual equipment and software for conference rooms.
- Eligibility for secret clearance with the Federal Government.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Community college diploma in a related field (technician).
- Experience providing IT support in a production environment, beyond general office IT.
