Job Description
As a Server at Lone Star Texas Grill, you will be part of the front-of-house team that creates memorable guest experiences in an upbeat and welcoming environment. You will work with a team of service staff to provide guests with exceptional dining experiences, communicate with guests about our food and beverage program, and work hand-in-hand with our culinary team to deliver high-quality dishes.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Work efficiently and accurately to take orders, manage tables, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Smart Serve certification or equivalent.
- Previous service experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to remain physically active and busy during shifts.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
