Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Adrak Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for:

  • Managing the kitchen staff and ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties
  • Developing and implementing menus that meet the needs of our guests and align with our culinary vision
  • Overseeing food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and quality
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies to ensure efficient operations
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service and high guest satisfaction
Responsibilities:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate records of food costs, consumption, and inventory
  • Analyzing operating costs and making recommendations for improvement
  • Supervising the activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers
  • Creating new recipes and menus to keep our offerings fresh and exciting
  • Training and developing kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
Requirements:

To be successful as an Executive Chef at Adrak Hospitality, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Work Environment:

The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a team of experienced chefs and kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of quality and consistency in their work.
