Culinary Team Lead

Job Summary
Lone Star Texas Grill is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Culinary Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and cooking of our award-winning menu items, including sizzling fajitas, classic Tex-Mex dishes, and AAA steaks.
- Lead the culinary team to maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Provide coaching and training to both full-time and part-time staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Conduct interviews and hire individuals who will help grow the restaurant.
- Manage the employee weekly schedule and communicate shift priorities and responsibilities.
- Work with a team of managers and a regional director to manage and shape the restaurant's profit and loss statements.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory and hospitality industry experience preferred.
- Standard First Aid and Food Handlers certificate preferred.
- Ability to lift items up to 30lbs and remain physically active and busy for the duration of your shift.
