Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Demolition and Soil Remediation Project Lead to join our team at Pinchin Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in management of projects through design and construction delivery phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver decommissioning, demolition, and environmental remediation projects.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with various client groups and internal departments.
  3. Oversee the successful initiation, planning, contract management, estimation/scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closure of construction projects.
  4. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Civil/Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Seven to ten years' experience in executing decommissioning, demolition, and environmental remediation projects.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
