We are seeking a highly skilled Concrete and Cement Finishing Contractor to join our team as a Team Lead at 360 Demolition and Environmental Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our cement finishing crew and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Job Description:
  • This is a permanent full-time position with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • The successful candidate must have 1-2 years of experience in concrete and cement finishing and possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • As a Team Lead, you will supervise workers and projects, coordinate and schedule activities, oversee apprenticeship training, recruit and hire workers, train or arrange for training, operate CADD and other computer software systems, set up machines and equipment, estimate costs and materials, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, recommend personnel actions, read blueprints and drawings, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
