Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to improve or restore functional independence in patients.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation services.
  • Provide adaptive equipment recommendations and safety assessments to maximize patient function within their environment.
  • Help patients achieve functional independence in self-care, productivity, and leisure activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized University or equivalent.
  • Registration and good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
  • Membership in the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists is an asset.
  • Minimum of two years of experience.
