Compassionate Caregiver Opportunity in Haliburton

At SereneAid, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents.
Salary: $27.00 CAD per hour, based on industry standards and comparable positions in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering comprehensive nursing care aligned with residents' individualized care plans.
- Administering medications and managing residents' medication routines according to established protocols.
- Maintaining a safe and respectful environment by promoting infection prevention and control measures and proper PPE usage.
- Collaborating with healthcare staff to ensure timely documentation of nursing interventions and resident progress.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A graduate of an accredited nursing program with valid RN certification.
- Physically capable of performing nursing duties, including lifting and transferring residents safely.
- Availability for flexible shifts in a 24/7 operation, including weekends and statutory holidays.
- Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt to dynamic care needs.
Working Conditions:
- Every second weekend and statutory holiday availability required.
- Physical activities such as standing, walking, lifting, and transferring residents.
