About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Support Worker (CSW) to join our team in providing wrap-around patient-centered care to individuals in Haliburton and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting patients with daily living activities, promoting a safe environment, and providing cognitive, social, and emotional support. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements
  • Valid certificate as a Personal Support Worker, Internationally Trained Nurse, Health Care Aid, Developmental Support Worker, Home Support Worker, or enrollment in a Nursing program
  • Current vulnerable sector check screening and a clear background check
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle
