Your role as a Shop Hand will be to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced automotive environment that involves helping with and learning diagnosing and repairing vehicles of all makes and models. Your goal is to ensure a high rate of customer satisfaction through our mantra of “ Fixed right the first time”.

**Main duties**

Automotive Shop Hand perform some or all of the following duties:

- Review work orders and discuss work with supervisor
- Help out with shop task such as moving tires, cleaning the shop, assisting other technicians with repairs etc.
- Perform scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups

**Employment requirements**

Automotive Shop Hand
- Completion of secondary school is usually required.
- On-the-job training of one to three years is provided by employers.
- 1 year of apprenticeship or higher recommended

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
