Restaurant Operations Manager

At McDonald's Squamish, Whistler and Pemberton, we are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring that all aspects of our business run smoothly and efficiently.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 11-15 employees, providing guidance and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. You will also be responsible for implementing operational procedures, balancing cash and completing balance sheets, and enforcing provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee restaurant operations to ensure high levels of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and develop a team of employees to achieve business objectives and improve performance.
- Implement and maintain operational procedures and systems to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to meet business targets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
