Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Golden Goose Holdings Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast food restaurants, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Manage cash handling and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Cost products and services to ensure profitability
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure stock levels are adequate
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to increase sales and revenue
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business operations

Requirements:

  • 11-15 years of experience in a fast food restaurant environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
