Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at McDonald's Squamish, Whistler and Pemberton. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and motivate a team of 11-15 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement and maintain efficient operational procedures, including inventory management, cash handling, and point-of-sale system operations.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by addressing complaints, providing excellent service, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and cost products and services to drive sales growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
- Competitive Salary: $500,001 - $1,500,000 per year.
