Restaurant Operations Manager
At McDonald's Squamish, Whistler and Pemberton, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our restaurants are run efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that our restaurants are run in accordance with our operational standards, including food safety, quality, and customer service.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our restaurant teams to achieve exceptional results, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Financial Management: Manage our restaurant budgets, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure that we are operating within our financial targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, including responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our restaurant teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
