Senior Sales and Service Representative

About the Role:

A Senior Sales and Service Representative is a highly motivated individual who is focused on helping Members achieve their fitness goals. As a role model, you will create an environment that enables Members to form connections and achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk area, greeting each member and servicing their needs
  • Handle incoming calls from current and prospective Members
  • Meet daily and monthly sales goals by acquiring new business leads
  • Coach and instruct new members through cardiovascular and weight training orientations
  • Promote programs that assist Members in achieving their goals
  • Handle all member interactions in a courteous and professional manner
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the Club
  • Plan and organize all Club events

Requirements:

  • Passion for fitness
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Peak attitude
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • High School diploma or working on completion
  • CPR certification required within 3 months of employment
  • Commitment to contributing to a culture that celebrates diversity, equity, and inclusion
