We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Investigator to join our team at CAA Club Group. As a Claims Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting internal investigations, collaborating with vendors and experts, and providing reports to Leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough investigations, including setting up statements, scene investigations, and neighborhood canvasses
* Evaluate liability and subrogation exposures
* Provide clear and concise reports to Leadership
* Collaborate with other departments, including Underwriting, CAD, and Claims
* Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all conversations and file activity
Requirements
* Post-secondary education
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of PD/Property and Casualty claims
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work in a cross-functional team
* High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
