About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Oil Change Technician to join our team at Mobil 1 Lube Express. As an Oil Change Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing efficient and quality oil change services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fluid Maintenance: Add or replace hydraulic and transmission fluids to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
  • Assist Mechanics: Provide support to our mechanics and perform other duties as directed to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oil and Filter Replacement: Change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks, or heavy equipment.
  • Filter Replacement: Replace oil, air, and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Stock shelves and display areas to maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and use computer software to assess customer files for completeness.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient work.
  • Physical Demands: Perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and manual dexterity.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of productivity and efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Weight Handling: Lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) to perform tasks.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate flexibility, judgement, reliability, and a team player attitude.
  • Experience: Will train, but previous experience in the field is an asset.
