About the Role

As a Senior Financial Advisor at Scotiabank, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their financial goals. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on a range of financial products and services, including investments, borrowing solutions, and day-to-day banking.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  2. Provide Expert Advice: Offer expert advice and guidance on a range of financial products and services, including investments, borrowing solutions, and day-to-day banking.
  3. Develop and Implement Financial Plans: Work with customers to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, taking into account their individual circumstances and goals.
  4. Nurture Long-Term Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals.
  5. Meet Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.
Requirements
  1. Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  2. Financial Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of financial products and services, including investments, borrowing solutions, and day-to-day banking.
  3. Business Acumen: Possess strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex financial information and make informed decisions.
  4. Relevant Qualifications: Hold a Mutual Funds licence and completed CIFP Diploma.
