About the Role:

As a Senior Financial Advisor at Scotiabank, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our customers, helping them achieve their financial goals and build a stronger future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized advice and solutions.
  • Conduct needs assessments, identify opportunities, and develop comprehensive financial plans to help customers achieve their goals.
  • Provide expert advice on a range of financial products and services, including investments, borrowing solutions, and day-to-day banking.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, delivering a positive customer experience and driving business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or advisory role, with a strong focus on customer relationships and financial planning.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including investments, borrowing solutions, and day-to-day banking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and delivering results.
  • Mutual Funds licence and completed CIFP Diploma.
