Clinical Supervisor - Psychology

CASA Mental Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor - Psychology to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of mental health care for children, youth, and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of supervision plans and oversee the therapists' development and implementation of mental health assessment and therapeutic treatment plans.
  • Complete documentation to support supervisees' registration with CAP.
  • Identify core skills within therapeutic stages to support high-quality clinical service delivery.
  • Assess and problem-solve factors impacting the clinical supervision relationship.
  • Ensure a holistic and high-quality model of assessment and treatment planning that is family-centred, trauma-informed, and inclusive of biological, psychological, social, and cultural factors.
  • Follow organizational policy and practice regarding admission, discharge, and maintenance of health records.
  • Incorporate evidence-informed, best practice models into clinical practice and ensure clinical care remains consistent with CASA policies and procedures.
  • Report to the Senior Manager, Clinical Practice.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree with a major in psychology.
  • Five or more years of experience delivering child and/or adolescent mental health service.
  • Knowledge and experience supporting the healing of children and youth who have experienced trauma.
  • Knowledge and experience in therapeutic modalities for treating children and youth.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
