Job Title: Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Romia Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
  • Establish work schedules

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
