Art Director

At Think Shift Advertising, we're seeking a talented Art Director to join our creative team. As a key member of our design department, you'll be responsible for leading the visual direction of our campaigns and collaborating with our design team to bring innovative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute visual concepts for client campaigns
  • Lead the design team in creating engaging and effective visual content
  • Collaborate with copywriters and account managers to ensure cohesive campaign messaging
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual design

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your visual design skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
