Nelson Christian Community School Principal Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced principal to lead our vibrant faith-based school in Nelson, British Columbia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the academic, social, and spiritual growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curriculum and instructional practices that align with our Christian values and mission
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our teaching staff
  • Collaborate with our community to promote a culture of excellence and faith-based education
Requirements:
  • Valid BC teaching certificate
  • Master's degree in education or a related field (asset)
  • Minimum of five years of teaching experience in a K-9 setting
  • Proven track record of effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Acceptance of our school's Statement of Faith
