Nelson Christian Community School Principal Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced principal to lead our vibrant faith-based school community. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the academic, social, and spiritual growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the school's educational programs and services
  • Develop and implement curriculum and instructional strategies that align with our Christian values
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and staff
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure high-quality instruction and student support
  • Manage school operations, including budgeting, facilities, and personnel

Requirements:

  • Valid BC teaching certificate
  • Master's degree in education or a related field (asset)
  • Minimum of five years of teaching experience in a K-9 setting
  • Proven track record of effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a faith-based learning environment (asset)
