About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Support Specialist to join our team at Clear View Systems Ltd. as a Software Support Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Sales to Existing Clients

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify new sales opportunities and increase revenue.

Identify and Solicit Potential Clients

Research and identify potential clients who can benefit from our software solutions, and develop strategies to approach and engage with them.

Assess Client Needs and Resources

Work with clients to understand their business needs and identify the most suitable software solutions to meet those needs.

Deliver Sales Presentations

Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients to showcase the value and benefits of our software solutions.

Conduct Sales Transactions

Process sales transactions and ensure timely and accurate delivery of software solutions to clients.

Provide Ongoing Support

Offer exceptional customer service and support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

Experience in sales and customer service is an asset.

Language

Fluency in French is required.
