Job Title: Executive Chef

At 1004314 Ontario LTD., we are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes
* Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization
* Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling
* Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
* Clean kitchen and work areas

Requirements:

* 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
* Other trades certificate or diploma
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Work Environment:

* Restaurant setting
* 40 hours per week
* English language
