Responsibilities:

  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and manage inventory and records.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to train and develop kitchen staff.
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Public transportation is available.
  • English is the primary language of communication.
