Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1152945 Ont Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet our high standards.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to our company's policies and procedures.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train and develop our food service staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of food and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our customers' needs.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to customer service and quality.
