Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1152945 Ont Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet their job duties and performance expectations.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our quality control standards, and that our food service operations are in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and labor costs, and prepare budget estimates for food service expenses.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role is preferred.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication for this role.
  • Work Environment: This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
