We are seeking a skilled and experienced line cook to join our team at Beveragino. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide leadership and guidance to kitchen staff.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time.
