We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Specialist to join our team at Beveragino. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience an asset, but not necessary.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment with repetitive tasks.
- Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to perform tasks.
