Job Title: Retail Store Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Jaura Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training, establishing work schedules, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
Work Environment: The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
