Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods in our fast-paced kitchen environment. The successful candidate will possess excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standard of quality and presentation.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are adhered to at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve menu goals and deadlines.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in menu planning and preparation to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience as a line cook in a similar restaurant environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of international cuisine a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
