Retail Store Manager

FAS GAS PLUS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage store operations, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall store performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
