Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Lions Bay General Store & Cafe. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
- Authorize payments, returns, and other financial transactions
- Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff
- 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
