Job Overview

As a Client Service Analyst 3, you will play a critical role in ensuring clients obtain maximum value from our products and services. This involves building and maintaining effective business relationships with clients, identifying revenue opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure fulfillment of contract specifications and client requests to build client satisfaction.
  • Assist team members in building and maintaining effective business relationships with clients.
  • Partner with account managers and clients to derive optimum value from our products and services.
  • Maintain effective internal communications with sales and client service support teams.
  • Monitor performance against existing service agreements and ensure client obligations are met.
  • Research and analyze client needs to provide in-depth solutions.
  • Conduct product and service training for clients and employees.
  • Represent IQVIA on external client projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or related work experience.
  • One to two years' experience as an IQVIA Client Service Representative.
  • Broad knowledge of the client service representative field and IQVIA products.
  • Meeting facilitation, presentation, and training experience.
  • Proficiency in PC applications, such as Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to travel to clients and IQVIA offices as appropriate.
