Job Description

Job Summary

The Client Service Specialist plays a crucial role in the Commercial Banking team, providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding
    • Coordinate with clients to collect necessary information for onboarding, including financial reporting and other documentation.
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of onboarding processes, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Client Servicing
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with internal partners, including Credit Analysts and Relationship Managers, to ensure seamless client service and support.
  • Credit Support
    • Assist with credit-related tasks, including financial reporting and annual review processes.
    • Work closely with Credit Analysts to ensure accurate and timely completion of credit-related tasks.
  • Fulfillment
    • Coordinate with clients, Credit Analysts, and internal partners to ensure loan funding and business account openings are fulfilled as per client expectations.
    • Utilize various intake models, including e-CTA, e-PSR, and nCINO, to facilitate efficient and effective fulfillment processes.

Requirements

  • Education
    • College or university degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Skills and Experience
    • Strong commitment to excellent client service and ability to work with clients to resolve issues in an amicable and prompt manner.
    • Strong organizational skills to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and requests from clients and internal partners.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, internal partners, and other stakeholders.
    • Good knowledge of onboarding, Know Your Customer, and Anti-Money Laundering processes.
    • Working knowledge of Commercial Banking products and services, including loan funding and business account openings.
    • Thorough knowledge of applicable software and technology platforms, including Sales Force, Intralink, and Teams.

Working Conditions

Work in a standard office-based environment, with non-standard hours common. No travel required.
