At Super Bright cleaning, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Co-ordinate and oversee the daily activities of the cleaning team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and on time.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, and equipment replacement.
  • Manage and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 hours per week.
