Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administration and client service to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Coordinate marketing activities, including website and social media initiatives, client recognition, and event planning.
- Schedule and prepare client portfolio reviews, including setting up client calls and preparing reviews.
- Follow up on client inquiries, account maintenance, and new account setup.
- Resolve client complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Accept and execute client-initiated trades and provide stock information as requested.
- Handle clients' general day-to-day requests and inquiries.
- Generate reports and documents for Investment Advisors and clients.
- Maintain and organize client database and files.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing assets and notify Investment Advisors of required actions.
- Administer and process documentation related to client files and regulatory requirements.
- Typically between 3-5 years of relevant experience and/or certification in a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of investment process and procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of compliance practices and regulations.
- Knowledge of proprietary products and services.
- Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook.
- Current registration as an Investment Representative.
