About the Role
- Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the boutique.
- Prepare and distribute coffee tasting trays to promote and introduce products to customers.
- Receive orders and hand them over to customers.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions organized by the boutique manager or team leader.
- Perform any related tasks.
Requirements
- Relevant customer service experience.
- Ability to establish contact and communicate energetically and with a smile to customers.
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays, with a minimum of 2 other availabilities per week.
- Excellent ability to work in a team and with computer systems.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctuality and attendance essential.
