Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Product Specialist to join our team at Apex Time Solutions. This role will play a critical part in delivering and supporting our products across various industries in a specific region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert, providing technical assistance to our customer base through email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
- Provide guidance on strategic process improvements and execute system changes to support these initiatives.
- Collaborate with Development, Sales, and Quality Control teams to ensure business requirements and technical direction are consistent across all business units.
- Develop and implement solutions to complex technical queries and issues related to product functionality and architecture.
- Ensure seamless integration of software capabilities, including Payroll, Accounting, CRM, and ERP systems.
Requirements:
- College/University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing and/or distribution environments with a clear understanding of software integration and business processes.
- Hands-on experience with database configuration, end-user training, and project methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across multiple facets of the organization.
