We are looking for an emerging markets sales director to join our team. In this role, you'll spearhead emerging and mid-market partnerships with top brands and retailers in Apparel, Footwear, Beauty/Cosmetics & Consumables industries.

About the Role:
  • You will have a unique opportunity to play a significant role in driving strategic growth while working closely with executive leadership & product teams.
  • In this role, you'll orchestrate internal and external teams to establish long-term relationships with our partners, manage complex engagements, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading 3-9+ month consultative sales engagements, collaborating with C-level executives and cross-functional project stakeholders.
  2. Cultivating strong external relationships to understand partner needs and develop customized solutions.
  3. Developing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and eCommerce/Retail trends & KPIs.
  4. Coordinating internal cross-functional efforts across Solution Engineering, Pricing, Product, Legal, and Growth Strategy teams.
  5. Creating and delivering customized materials, including financial models, presentations, and commercial agreements.
  6. Generating qualified pipeline through creative, multi-channel outreach strategies using a diverse tech stack.
  7. Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly KPI and Performance Metrics.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience selling to the Retail industry or experience selling Payments, POS, Retail tech, Martech, or API-driven technologies.
