Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to build and maintain a high-value portfolio of large, diversified commercial clients.
- Work closely with product partners to develop tailored solutions to tap market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Lead all aspects of risk-reward parameters to achieve optimal business performance and ensure compliance with CWB's risk appetite.
- Deliver outstanding client experiences through effective and authentic partnerships, providing full-service solutions and acting as the primary financial partner for clients.
- Create, implement, and effect an independent marketing plan to achieve sales and growth targets, undertaking independent sales activities to achieve annual loan, deposit, and cash management sales, revenue, volume, and new customer objectives.
- Apply risk assessment skills to ensure appropriate measures are put in place and risk assessment protocols and structures are implemented, balancing risk and reward within CWB's risk appetite.
- Bachelor's Degree in commerce, finance, or accounting fields.
- 6+ years of experience in commercial lending or related experience.
- Proven experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies and actions in collaboration with partners.
- Subject matter expert in the continuous improvement of sales processes and programs.
- Strong foundation in business modeling and computer expertise is highly beneficial.
