Job Description for CHANDTRANSPORT LTDRole Summary

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the team at CHANDTRANSPORT LTD. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Tasks
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Administer policies and procedures related to access to information and privacy legislation
Office Services
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and disposal of assets
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Requirements
  • Organized and reliable with excellent time management skills
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Permanent full-time position with 40 hours per week
  • Work Language: English
