We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at BROADSIGHT CANADA EDUCATION LTD.. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our staff and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring that all necessary parties are informed and prepared.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks to support the team.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
