We are looking for an exceptional Cybersecurity Specialist to join our growing NSOC team in Richmond Hill. This role offers a unique blend of challenge and reward, where you can utilize your technical expertise to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to security-related incidents and alerts, as well as infrastructure-related issues. You will work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met, documenting your progress and collaborating with other service desk team members as needed.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also have a high degree of technical knowledge and the ability to reach technical resolutions quickly. Your experience with cybersecurity best practices, networking technologies, and managed Anti-Virus solutions is highly valued.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling tickets escalated by other service desk teams or created automatically
  • Communicating effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Documenting your work in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with other service desk team members on security-related questions and best practices
  • Assisting with expanding our company's knowledgebase
  • Participating in NSOC on-call rotation

In terms of technical requirements, you should have experience with SonicWALL firewalls, Fortinet Fortigate firewalls, Cisco switching and enterprise wireless solutions, and Microsoft SaaS solutions such as Azure AD, Exchange Online, and Security and Compliance. Additionally, experience with backup solutions, Hyper-V and VMWare virtualization platforms, and Microsoft Windows Server Platforms (versions 2003 through 2019) is highly desirable.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
