**Job Overview**
You will be responsible for all aspects of the corporate Information Technology infrastructure. You will report to the General Manager. This position considers a 3-day in-office schedule per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, procure, test and deploy company infrastructure by evaluating corporate and user IT requirements.
- Coordinate configuration and maintenance of corporate infrastructure by the maintenance of the company data integrity.
- Support company ERP and CRM systems by providing technical support to users.
- Review daily network security logs, Azure access and security logs, and backups, and remediate any issues as required.
- Troubleshoot complex IT issues and implement solutions promptly and efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Skills**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing corporate infrastructure: on-premises, cloud, and hybrid cloud.
- Degree or diploma in Information technology, Computer Science, Electronics Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in network management, systems administration, and cybersecurity best practices is a must.
- Proven experience with ERP systems, CRM software, operating systems and servers.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Understanding of databases and client/ server architecture.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure AD.
- Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V virtual machine management.
- Knowledge of NAS and other related storage systems in an enterprise environment.
- Ability to learn programs and methodologies as required by the position.
- Strong time management skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 - 24 per week
